Meet the Team

Ann Hunnicutt (President & CEO): Ann founded Westcon in 1984 (the only contractor at that time in Hampton Roads dedicated to installing concrete pavers). She has been a driving force throughout the paver industry over the past 20+ years. In 1990 Ann served as the President of the Peninsula District of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and in 1996 was selected as the Vice President of the Associated Division of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia. Ann has also been an active member of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). In 1994 Ann was the ICPI Construction Committee Chairperson when the ICPI Certification Program was conceived. Ann possesses a BS in Education (Ohio State University, 1965) and has two years of additional accounting hours from Old Dominion University.

Jeff Craig (Vice President & Estimator): Jeff joined Westcon in 1988 and has 20 years of experience in paver installation and design. Jeff advanced within Westcon from initially installing pavers, to foreman, to Operations Manager, to Vice President of Operations, and eventually to his current responsibilities as Vice President of Westcon. He is an ICPI Certified Paver Installer and has been a driving force during the past 20 years with helping establish technical specifications for paver installation, and also with educating designers and clients on the proper installation and use clay brick and concrete pavers.

Brent Chubb (Business Development & Information Technology): Brent has over 27 years of experiences in facilities, infrastructure, landscaping, grounds, and real estate maintenance, repair and management. These experiences also include environmental compliance and prevention, physical plant operations, quality control operations, information technology as well as organizational development and training. Brent is an ICPI Certified Paver Installer. He possesses a BS in Industrial Engineering (Purdue University, 1980) and an MS in Human Resources Management (Golden Gate University, 1990). He retired in 2003 from the US Air Force as a Lt Colonel with over 22 years of military service.

Jane Bodensick (Office Administrator): Jane has over 15 years in office administration and management. Her diverse background and extensive experiences in customer service and helping clients makes her a great asset to Westcon. Jane has a BS in Business Administration (Christopher Newport College, 1988).

Greg Nixon (Operations Superintendant): Greg has over 22 years of experiences in the construction industry and is a certified concrete finisher. Greg is also an ICPI Certified Paver Installer, and is also certified in erosion and sediment control, land disturbance management, field supervision, concrete plant operations, as well as quality control and management. He has extensive experiences as a Field Superintendant and in conducting quality control inspections and establishing effective quality control management procedures.

Lonnie Howell: Lonnie has over 20 years in the paver industry and has beenwith Westcon Pavers since 1990. He started as a paver installer and quickly moved up to Foreman, and is now the field superintendent. Lonnie is an ICPI Certified Paver Installer

Ryan Gough (Estimator & Project Management): Ryan has several years of installing brick and concrete pavers, and now works project management and estimating. Ryan is an ICPI Certified Paver Installer

Westcon Foremen: Every Westcon foreman has extensive years experience with the installation of pavers and are fully knowledgeable with every type of possible paver design and installation. They are able to effectively and efficiently install simple to complex, as well as small to large projects. Our foreman provide the necessary on-site leadership and expertise to provide our customers with a professional installer who takes great pride in his or her projects.
